~All Things Must Come to an End~

Ok guys,
This will be your last blog of the semester. I want you to rate me, so to speak, on how you think I did this semester teaching in your class. Feel free to be as honest as you can be, because your input matters to me and will help me when I get my own classroom. Discuss your favorite things, and your least favorite things about me being with you this semester.

Also, I want to take this opportunity to tell you all that I have had a blast this semester! You are ALL amazing young adults with bright minds and I am lucky to have been able to meet you all. You all have had a huge impact on my life, and some of you have touched my heart in so many ways. While I know that many of you have grown over the semester, I know I have grown as well. Good luck to you all as you enter high school. Please continue to make healthy decisions, and enjoy your youth as long as you can. I love you all, and will never forget you. :)

~Mrs. Foy

  5. I thought you were an excellent teacher!!When I first saw you I thought you would be one of those kinda strict teachers but then I really liked you. I can't exactly remember a thing that was my least favorite. You had lots of fun activities for us to do and I really enjoyed having you as a teacher. I hope you can find a job at RHS for advanced literature for 9th graders only and then I hope you move up every year! I know you would have some fun things for us to do and everyone would love you. We are going to miss you Mrs. Foy. Please come back and feel free to come and take over the class any day. You made literature class fun for me and probably almost everyone else. Hope we get to have you again!!!!!!!

  7. Hey mrs.Foy,, its sad that this is the last blog. That was the most coolest things you did with us. You made class really enjoyable, and I hope I can be in your class, if you teach at R,dale. You and Mrs.davis both made class eaiser and thank yall. My favoriate was when we covering the Diary of Anne Frank and things like that. One thing i didnt enjoy was the Ot, and them being soo long, but i made it through them:). Also Mrs.Foy you should come to the poetry cafe, that would be fun. THank you,, we will miss you greatly.

  8. Mrs. Foy I know I don't talk a lot in class, but you coming to this literature class has taught me many things and has changed my life, views, and opinions. I used to think that literature was boring because I spent my time at home reading novels that were far more advanced than what was in the Lit. books. You showed me that not all Lit. classes were the same and that the could actually could be fun. My favorite project was the poetry book because it made me show what was on my mind and express my feelings whether I wanted to or not. Also, you taught me by example and funny stories to not judge a book by its cover. For example when you came to CBMS I thought you were like all the other teachers; boring and generic, you know the ones that think that every student behaves and that they're all angles, but you didn't think that all. I've been through many teachers and you are the most unique and the best I've seen despite your lack of experience. Never change how you handle your students no matter where you go, just remember Dr. Piper. You made us all cry and feel at one point or another.:)

  9. Mrs. Foy you have been my favorite teacher this year and because your younger than all of our teachers I feel that you knew more about what we are going through. I've never had a teacher like you Mrs. Foy I also thought i was really cool how you and Jesse's brother went to prom together. Dont worry about all the mistakes you've made because like they say a mistake isnt something wrong its just another lesson learned. On a scale from 1-10 I rate you 10000000 (10) because you have not only taught me SO MUCH you also were real to us and I feel like you trust us by telling us all of your times spent in high school and everything that has happened to you and I've never felt like that torce a teacher. You will always have a special place in my heart as a teacher and a friend.

  11. Hey M.FOy!!!!! I'm really going to m issyou and having a fun lit. class. Since about 5th grade, i've hated lit. It was always so boring and the stories aren't intersting and you do the work out of the book and you never talk about anything. If you talked about it, you got big fat 0000!!!!! It irritaated me... but it's been really fun to do all the of the fun activ. and games with you. I know that you'll be an awesome teacher, because you were for me. NOthing ever happened while you were teaching me that made me think, "OMG, is this woman CRAZY, or WHAT?" or "I can't believe this is really happening!". Except for the prt about Michael being one of your campers... that was interesting! But I d know that it's hard not to run into your old campers,, because I see so many of mine from last summer when I go to the store. One day I saw three in 5 inutes! :) I'm really going to miss you and how interesting you made my 3rd period. It's really the only class I WANTED to go to. I hope you get good job teaching somewhere (RHS< maybe? :)) and I hope that you can adopt your infant!!! :)
    Love You,
    MK Davis <3

  12. I don't really know how to say this but here I go >.<
You are the most amazing teacher ever
Your teaching techniques are the greatest ,you get everyone active in on way or another and make class very interesting, You are truly unique a teacher like no other, You make class something to look forward to and afterward we can't stop talking about how much FUN we had in your class, and I thought fun in a class room was impossible
Well Nothings impossible unless you truly believe it to be I guess..
and when you graduate and have a class room of your own, to teach a class of your own ,you'll do great, and you won't fail ,because you catch attention just as quickly as most teachers lose it...
What I'm basically trying to say Is
    You're awesome
and I wish you the best of luck teaching your own class
We all love you and are missing you very much!
